Branding

The client didn't have any branding so I created simple marketing materials taking the first syllable of his name and used it in a very simple logo using the colors of the St. Louis Rams for whom he played on Special Teams for 4 years.

The colors also help the brand stand out from the competition which have more dull colors yet still  fits the world of commercial real estate.

To raise money for the purchase of a property in an otherwise economically challenging area of the country, we chose to highlight the strength of the tenant who signed a 10 year lease.

Note the branding is contemporary and part of every page without detracting from the  content.

To avoid "walls of text" I pulled out important statistics on the property itself to note the relatively low cost of ownership. 

​

Brokers and investors evaluate multiple opportunities each day so it was important to make the most relevant information easily identifiable. 

It was important to highlight the relevant numbers for potential investors, so I pulled them out of the spreadsheet format to get the audience excited about the ROI and  tenant stability.
