Thanks for coming this far! I've worked for Global Fortune 500 companies in sales. I did pretty well.
I started and built 3 new sales territories, sourced and trained 2 sales teams, and led 5 new product marketing campaigns in the healthcare industry. Not bad!
But one day, I found out we lost a huge contract. I mean h-u-g-e!
I found out the reason why was pretty simple. We had lousy marketing material! Really!
So I quickly wrote my own marketing materials, and then asked for another meeting with my client executives.
To make a long story short, we won back the job! They cancelled the other contract, and even returned the equipment already purchased and that was already on site.
